COVID 19 Update
Dear NYSL Family
We continue to follow the CDC, DHHS, federal and local authorities as well as get guidance from NHSA/NHSL and US Soccer. There is uncertainty with how long this pandemic will last. Although we are preparing for the worse, we hope for the best. We are hopeful that we will get a soccer season in. We know after this period, the kids will need an avenue to get out, play with their friends and get some exercise.
Our registrations for NYSL spring 2020 season will remain open. However, players registering going forward will be put onto a waitlist until we know the date of the season opening. As soon as we get the go ahead for the season, we will need several weeks for division directors and coaches to sort the teams out. In the event, we do not have a season. We will refund everyone that has paid for the spring NYSL 2020 season.
Please check our website frequently for updates as well as training videos.
We intend to update the website with training videos that players can work into their daily or weekly routine.
Again, we thank you for your patience, understanding, and cooperation during this unprecedented time. We also encourage all to follow the guidance of social distancing and limiting chances of exposure, as well as any other guidance that is presented to our community.
Stay safe, be well, and let’s look forward to Saturday morning Soccer.
